What does NuInnovate advise on?
The consulting focus is on problems that can be solved with software (new development and/or product use).
However, this does not mean that software is always the answer to every problem. In particular, ineffectiveness or inefficiency are favorite areas!
Does NuInnovate develop software (products)?
NuInnovate develops, if required, targeted and customized individual software in the appropriate programming language (e.g. Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, PHP, Rust, C++). It may also be advisable to use existing software and set it up in a targeted manner and supplement it with small add-ons or plug-ins.
Who does NuInnovate advise?
Many challenges do not require industry knowledge or specific expertise. Sometimes it is even a great advantage to have an objective, independent view from outside.
This is why NuInnovate can basically advise any type of company, the public sector and also private individuals.
Why do I like advising you?
How can I best explain to you why I like advising you and why I know that I can give you very targeted and good advice?
Even though I have already gained a lot of professional experience, I always like to refer back to my computer science studies. I came out of this very demanding course of study with what I like to call: Extremely effective and efficient problem-solving skills. This problem-solving competence is ideally suited to (1.) quickly understanding the most difficult problems, (2.) deriving the causes as openly as possible and (3.) developing appropriate solutions for them.
By working with others (e.g. as a management consultant in the field of information security or on a board of directors), I have also become very aware that a good solution does not always consist of a technical implementation. Often, organizational, procedural and simply human aspects are also part of a good solution.
Is the consultation a long-term commitment?
How can you be sure that I'm recommending a solution that works for you and isn't designed to keep me advising you? Well, you can't, but I'll tell you this: I'm mainly interested in solutions that work in the long term and solve the problem at the root cause, i.e. really solve it and do so as permanently as possible. That's not always possible, or even possible in the short term, but that's my aim!
This means that I will be happy to advise you, but only if you want me to and if it is helpful, at least selectively. But otherwise I would like to solve many more problems, including of course yours.
What does the consultation cost?
The described and authentic quality and the holistic approach and solution creation has a transparent pricing. But before a price is due, we should first discuss your problem together, naturally free of charge and without obligation. Only then will we reach an agreement on the cooperation. An individual design is always possible and depends on the specific project or service.
At NuInnovate, you can expect to receive specialized IT consulting for €139/h (plus VAT/USt).
