About Kai Mindermann
Kai Mindermann is the founder and CEO of NuInnovate.
From an early age, I have been driven by a passion for software development, a field where efficiency and effectiveness are paramount. I have been a competitive swimmer for over ten years. Swim training taught me the value of perseverance and goal-setting. Today, I continue to swim, applying the same dedication and focus to my professional and personal pursuits.
I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science and have accumulated extensive experience leading projects and managing teams. My approach is firmly rooted in Agile and Lean principles, ensuring that every project is streamlined and purpose-driven. I am naturally inclined towards strategic thinking and planning, always seeking to solve problems the right way by applying creativity and rationality.
The Pareto Principle — focusing on the 20% of efforts that yield 80% of the results — guides my work philosophy. I believe in the potential of every individual and am committed to continuous improvement. This mindset is not only reflected in my professional endeavors but also in my voluntary work with the local swimming club.
In my professional role, I am purpose-driven, dedicated to finding and implementing the most efficient solutions on a holistic level. I believe that there is always room for improvement, and I am passionate about unlocking the potential in every person and project I engage with.
